21 March: Larry's Technical night. Larry & Bernie have invited us to a technical talk on the ongoing restoration and re-building of their XK120 FHC. The engine and gearbox are now complete and late last summer we drove the car without the body. Since then extensive work has been done and all to a very exacting standard. While considerable work remains, the end is in sight.

14 April: Weekend in at the Seaview House Hotel, Ballylickey, Co. Cork. The first overnight event of the year, returning to the Seaview House Hotel. Dinner on Saturday night and a drive on Sunday. Following the drive, it is expected that we will have lunch at the Mills Inn, Ballyvourney and afterwards visiting the Prince August Toy Soldier Factory off the road from Ballyvourney to Macroom.

26-27 May: Youghal Car Show at Farrell's Summerfield Bar, Youghal, Co. Cork. The club will attend and support the event.

9 June: American Car Show hosted by GasCC car club at the Viaduct Bar on the Bandon Road.

7-8 July: Weekend in Dublin, attending the Irish Classic and Vintage Motor Show at Terenure College, Dublin on Sunday 8th.

25 August: Bunratty run, details to follow.

9 September: Joint meeting with the IJDC for lunch at the Cashel Palace Hotel.

9 December: Christmas Lunch, location to be confirmed.

Other events are planned, but dates and other details to be confirmed: Kildare Festival of Speed, a run from Mizen Head to Malin Head, and a special invitation has been extended by GasCC (the American Car Club, Cork) to join them in a cruise night on the first Monday of every month, starting Monday 6th February 2012, meeting at KFC Little Island, Cork, at 7:30pm for a short cruise finishing at the Viaduct Inn.
