JEC Minutes of Meeting August 2009
1) Annual meeting with the I.J.D.C. in Clonmel on 16th August. A good time had by all those who attended.
Our turn to organise it next year, and it will be in the capable hands of John O'Driscoll.
2) Weekend run to Sneem in Co. Kerry on the 4th-6th September, staying at The Sneem Hotel. Details of the routes and places to visit discussed.
3) Treasurer's report given by Pat O'Brian.
4) A special thanks to Pat & Mary O'Brian who treated us to an excellent BBQ and evening with them. They even laid on warm sunshine for us to enjoy it all the more.
5) Trip to Stoneleigh cancelled. A trip to the N.E.C. Classic Car Show might be organised if enough members want to go.
6) Trip to Stoneleigh Spares Day. See events calendar for details.
7) The Thoresby event in England celebrating the J.E.C.'s 25th Anniversary was discussed by members who attended.
